I Vrsar

Very warm welcome to Vrsar!!!

Former fisherman’s village with old stone houses, dreamy narrow streets, romantic harbors and beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. In front of the Vrsar coast are located, 18 small, unpopulated Islands which are greatly vegetated by Mediterranean plants and make Vrsar so recognizable and picturesque.

Beside water and sunbathing, there are numerous trip possibilities:
The pearl of Istra, the Lim bay where Karl May’s “Treasure of the Silver Lake” was filmed. Furthermore, in Lim Bay you can find the domestic fish- and mussel cultivation. There are daily boat rides from Porec to Venice (90min.)

Sport activities: Bike riding along the coast, tennis, climbing, sailing, diving, surfing, sky diving etc. For more than 30 years there has been a Sport Airport in Vrsar, where one can do and experience a lot.

You can expect limitless gourmet pleasure – fresh Mediterranean cuisine – seafood, prosciutto and the specialty of Istra, a variety of truffles. For those who enjoy a good drink, there are internationally acclaimed Istrian wines and homemade honey schnapps. One reason more to come to Vrsar.

We hope to get the chance to welcome you to the pearl of Istra!!!
